Early pancreatic cancer frequently has no visible symptoms at all. By the time they start to exhibit symptoms, they have frequently expanded significantly or spread outside the pancreas. Late stage of pancreatic cancer signs and symptoms includes upper abdominal pain, abdominal pain that radiates to your back, tenderness when touching the abdomen, fever, rapid pulse, nausea, vomiting. The treatment of pancreatic cancer are based on the extent of the cancer and may include surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or a combination of these.
