Previously we used to talk about physical health more than mental health. But now due to changes in lifestyle and working patterns mental health has become a priority. It is very important to discuss about mental health as mental and physical health is similarly significant parts of general well-being.
If neglected mental disorders can lead to many types of physical health problems which tend to be long-lasting conditions. Mental disorders may also lead to depression. Some of the physical health problems which might be the result of low mental health are:

3.7 percent of the population of Indonesia experience depression and about 19% of the Indonesian youth tend to pose suicidal thoughts.
